Blueberry

Description

Blueberry is a medicinal plant from the heath family, genus Vaccinium, commonly known by the folk name blueberry, with its continuous growth also referred to as bilberry. Its blue fruit (berry) of the same name has a distinctive flavor and the ability to stain blue.

Effects and Use

It is a source of antioxidants. Blueberry leaves are known for their use in the treatment of diabetes.
