It has a light yellow color and melts at temperatures around 70 °C. It is an excellent substitute for vegans and allergy sufferers who do not want or cannot use beeswax.
Effects and Usage
Candelilla wax has moisturizing, soothing, and regenerative effects. It creates a delicate protective film on the skin, preventing it from drying out and cracking. It gives cosmetic products optimal hardness and structure, functioning as a stabilizer and emulsifier. Besides cosmetics, it can also be used in candle making.
