Description

Coffee is obtained by roasting and possibly further grinding the originally green berries, which are the fruits of the African Arabica coffee bush. Only through subsequent roasting do coffee beans acquire their characteristic brown-black color, amazing aroma, and flavor. They contain chlorogenic, linoleic, and oleic acids, caffeine, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, and iron.
