Description
Kelp is an East Asian seaweed that grows in deep, clean, and cooler seas. The seaweed contains iodine, sodium, iron, fucoidan, fucoxanthin, and alginic acid salts, among others. It is used in food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
Effects and Uses
