Description

Kelp is an East Asian seaweed that grows in deep, clean, and cooler seas. The seaweed contains iodine, sodium, iron, fucoidan, fucoxanthin, and alginic acid salts, among others. It is used in food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.

Effects and Uses

Kelp seaweed has antioxidant, moisturizing, and antibacterial properties. It is particularly suitable for mature and dry skin. It smooths the skin and helps combat wrinkles.

When taken internally, the seaweed has a detoxifying effect, supports metabolic processes, and harmonizes the digestive system.
