Description
Pumpkin is one of the most significant symbols of autumn and is primarily associated with delicious pumpkin soup. It is not only great in taste but also very healthy. It contains vitamin A, vitamins B1, B2, B3, E, folic acid (B9), omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, potassium, calcium, copper, selenium, iron, zinc, and phosphorus. In cosmetics, you will often encounter pumpkin oil, which is pressed from pumpkin seeds and can be found in a separate section "Pumpkin Oil." However, its flesh can also be used in cosmetic products in the form of puree.
Effects and Usage
The flesh of the pumpkin has moisturizing, nourishing, and anti-inflammatory effects. It accelerates the healing of wounds, eczema, and other skin issues. It also positively affects hair and nails. It is suitable for all skin types.
When taken internally, it combats inflammatory processes in the body, strengthens the immune system, lowers blood pressure, and helps with cardiovascular diseases.
