A step lighter than a cloud

They have traveled a part of the world with us, yet we still forget about them and take them for granted. Throughout our lives, they are under great pressure, but they have never let us down. They faithfully went wherever we told them to, and we have conquered every great mountain with them. Still don't know? Feet! Quick, quick! Let's dedicate some time to them together and give them the care they truly deserve!

A step lighter than a cloud

Give Your Feet Some Love!

With summer, we shed excess clothing, lighten our footwear, and bring out loafers and sandals. Here! Right here you realize that you have neglected your feet all year long. Feet need constant care, but in summer, this is doubly important! In warm weather, they suffer much more. So how should you care for them to provide relief?

Bath

Invite your feet to a romantic bath with sea salt! Opt for a lukewarm bath, as hot water can unnecessarily dry out your feet. Lukewarm water gently cleanses the skin, stimulates blood circulation, and helps soften the hard skin on your heels. Take a basin, fill it with lukewarm water, add salt (we recommend Orange Boost, which beautifully softens the skin thanks to its sodium content), and you can also add a few drops of essential oil. Let your feet relax in the bath for ten to fifteen minutes, then dry them carefully.

Get Rid of Dead Skin Cells

Do you know about pumice stone? You’ve probably seen it in your grandmothers' bathtubs and wondered what that rough thing for feet was and why they used it. That’s it! Grandma certainly had splendid feet, admit it! The best pumice is natural, made from volcanic rock. After the bath, your feet will be beautifully softened, making it easy to gently and effectively remove excess skin with pumice. Regularly removing hardened skin is essential; otherwise, your feet can become a breeding ground for bacteria and fungi.

Hydration! Hydration! Hydration!

We know, you hear the word “hydration” from all sides, but it is really important! After removing dead skin, it’s nice to use a moisturizing balm specifically designed for feet. You should hydrate them after every shower and bath. Especially in summer, after swimming in a chlorinated pool, which dries them out extremely. Get yourself some quality cotton socks! You heard right. Massage a generous amount of the nourishing balm LIGHT WALK into your feet, put on socks, and let it work overnight. In the morning, you won’t even believe those feet are yours.

Why Use Light Walk?

With the nourishing balm, you can take light steps all the way to the ends of the earth. It contains organic shea butter, organic fair trade coconut oil, and beeswax, which provide deep nourishment to the skin. We macerated a special blend of herbs for it! You’ll find macerate in sunflower oil from lavender, calendula, walnut, sage, and essential oil from rosemary. With regular use, your feet will feel brand new (soft, smooth, and flake-free), so you won’t be afraid to ditch the socks!

Additional Tips

Protect your feet from the cold just like your skin.
Stay hydrated (not just for your feet; this applies to the skin of your entire body).
Avoid long baths with chemical foams and bubbly products that can stress the skin and dry it out faster than you can say “Light Walk” :).
