Effects and Usage
Apple cider vinegar has antioxidant, detoxifying, antibiotic, antifungal, and antibacterial properties. Due to its active ingredients, it is a great aid in hair care and an alternative to traditional conditioners. It nourishes the hair, adjusts its pH, and helps with problematic scalp conditions. It acts against fungi, mold infections, and eliminates dandruff. It can also help with sore joints or eczema.
When taken internally, it is often used as a means to reduce weight, detoxify, and dehydrate the body. It lowers blood pressure.
