Natural solid shampoo for strengthening hair and preventing hair loss
Shampoo made using a cold process, just like all our soaps.
Specifically designed to strengthen hair and the scalp while preventing hair loss. This is supported by renowned Ayurvedic herbs such as henna, kapoor kachli, ashwagandha, amla, and shikakai, as well as local herbs (nettle, peppermint, hops, birch, lavender, horsetail, rosemary) and essential oils of peppermint and rosemary.
Peppermint is a natural remedy for enhancing hair growth. The reason is menthol, which dilates blood vessels and improves blood flow. In many cases, hair loss occurs due to insufficient blood supply to hair follicles.
The effects of the herbs are enhanced by colloidal oats, which have restorative and moisturizing properties. They nourish and soothe dry, itchy scalp and prevent dandruff. Neem oil is equally beneficial, and the positive effects on the skin are also supported by essential oils of tea tree, rosemary, and orange.
The shampoo is enriched with brazil nut oil, shea butter, and neem oil, which nourish the hair, along with unfiltered apple cider vinegar. This has antioxidant, detoxifying, and antibacterial effects. It nourishes the hair and balances its pH.
For enhanced effects of the shampoo, we recommend regularly using the HAIR OIL | STRONG HAIR and the herbal hair treatment HAIR TEA | STRONG HAIR.

Description
Cassia obovata is a shrubby plant, from the dried leaves of which a powder is ground, known as colorless henna. This henna, in the amount used in our products, does not dye the hair, but the concentrated powder itself, used as a hair mask, may slightly tint light hair.

Description
The amla fruit grows on the amalaki tree (Emblica officinalis). It originates from the mountainous regions of India and ripens in the autumn.
Amla, or Indian gooseberry, is a green, round fruit. The amla berry is smooth, relatively hard, and has six vertical stripes on its surface. It resembles a larger gooseberry that might be growing in your garden. When ripe, it turns greenish-yellow. Inside, there is a hard seed (similar to that of a cherry) surrounded by soft edible flesh.
It is sold in the form of: raw fruit, leaf powder, oil, juice, candied sweets, pickled with salt and spices, canned, cooked, and fruit powder.

Description
Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng, is renowned in Ayurvedic tradition for restoring energy. The root of the plant, mostly available in powder form, is considered one of the best energy boosters for the body, especially for Vata and Kapha constitutions. It reduces inflammation, alleviates anxiety, and enhances the body's defense against diseases. Its name refers to the horse-like smell of the root ("aśva" means horse) and the horse-like strength that its consumption is said to provide.

Commercial shampoos contain harsh cleansing agents that strip hair of its natural oils, dry out the scalp, and create dull, lifeless hair. This forces you to rely on various hair treatments, conditioners, and other products to soften and repair your hair. However, the harsh chemicals in commercial products can accumulate in the scalp, clog hair follicles, lead to weakened hair, and cause dandruff as well as dry, itchy skin.
Almara Soap's natural hair care contains only natural plant oils, henna, clays, pure essential oils, and herbal infusions that are easily absorbed, moisturizing, and nourishing for both hair and scalp. Nothing artificial, nothing synthetic, just healthy natural ingredients.
Like classic soap. Wet your hair with water, take the bar in your hand, and create foam on your hair with circular motions. Spread the foam all over your head and hair, and let it sit for a while. Then rinse off.
Yes, and very significantly. This is due to the carefully selected blend of plant oils that naturally lather. No foaming agents are needed.
Our soaps are zero waste. If environmental protection is important to you, the reason to use soap is clear. Moreover, liquid products often contain many unnecessary ingredients that are only there to create lather, ensure proper interaction between components, and preserve the product. Plus, using a solid product is much more fun ?.
When switching from conventional commercial and organic shampoos, it is possible that your hair will need to get used to soap-based shampoo. This is due, firstly, to the higher pH that soaps naturally have, and also to the fact that soap is completely natural and does not contain the ingredients found in liquid shampoos. These include surfactants that smooth the hair fiber, which are also present in conditioners. Therefore, your hair may feel coarser and less smooth after using soap shampoo. It's just a matter of getting used to it. Soap shampoo is much more beneficial for your hair than commercial shampoos.
This is a common issue that many people encounter when they start using soap shampoos. We have many customers who have no problem transitioning to shampoo at all, but some experience difficulties even after several weeks of use, especially those with long hair. Since this is a frequent topic, we dedicate a longer discussion to it here (pdf, 200kb).
