The best hairdresser is nature itself!
Comprehensive non-toxic hair care may seem like the wildest sci-fi to some, while others swear by clean products and don't miss drugstore preparations at all. Whether you're on Team "non-toxic" or "I can't do without chemicals," let's take a look under the scissors of the best hairdresser - NATURE.

We love everything nurtured by nature
Hair, body, skin... but look at the planet and the whole person with respect! Our manufacturing philosophy is clear - we love to develop products “from scratch”, meaning from basic quality ingredients, not from prefabricates, with consideration for the skin and our country.
Soa...what? Soap bars!
These are solid soap shampoos full of pure and effective ingredients. All of them contain coconut oil, which perfectly serves as a foaming agent. Grab the nearest braid, it's true! Coconut foams due to saponification during soap production and also because of the content of saturated fatty acids, so you definitely won't miss a good lather during regular hair cleansing.
You can now choose directly from six shampoos, each with its unique recipe and containing a special herbal macerate in sunflower oil. You can find the complete composition with each shampoo. Three new additions with improved formulas have been added to the existing shampoos: SHINY HAIR, CLEAN HAIR, STRONG HAIR.
Which one to choose? I'm not familiar with shampoos!
Oily scalp: FRESH HAIR, SHINY HAIR
Normal scalp: FRESH HAIR
Problematic scalp and dandruff: NEW HAIR, CLEAN HAIR
Dry and colored hair: DRY HAIR, STRONG HAIR
Brittle and falling hair: STRONG HAIR, DRY HAIR
Usage:
Thoroughly wet your hair, then create a lather with the shampoo, which you then apply to the ends and scalp. Rinse the lather thoroughly with water; instead of conditioner, we recommend using one of our hair elixirs and rinses.
Herbs full of conditioner? No way...conditioner full of herbs!
Hair elixirs and our new professional hair care product HAIR TEA are the ideal alternative to traditional conditioners.
HAIR ELIXIR contains unfiltered Hoštín apple cider vinegar in organic quality with essential oils and herbal macerate. The rinse also helps with any “side effects” of the soap shampoo, such as a waxy film that may occur with higher skin pH or washing in hard water. You can choose from three variants: NEW HAIR, DRY HAIR, FRESH HAIR.
Usage of Hair Elixir:
Pour the rinse into a container and dilute it with warm water. We recommend a ratio of 1:2 to 1:4 (i.e., one part rinse to two to four parts water).
Start with a 1:4 ratio (one part rinse, four parts water) and experiment. Every hair type is different and requires a slightly different ratio.
Dry hair requires more dilution than oily hair. For dry hair, it is recommended to use one tablespoon less elixir, while for oily hair, one tablespoon more.
HAIR TEA is simply tea for your hair! Prepare your locks a cup of tea from unique herbal blends that have beneficial effects on them. You can find two variants: HAIR TEA - strong hair, HAIR TEA - clean hair.
Usage of Hair Tea:
Place one/two teaspoons into a tea strainer, pour half a liter of boiling water over it, and let it steep for thirty minutes. After removing the herbs, allow the liquid to cool to body temperature, then slowly pour the rinse over your hair and massage it into the strands and scalp. This prepared infusion can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and can also be used as a hair spray.
Natural hair treatment
To make your hair care completely comprehensive, we have two more not-so-small surprises for you: nourishing hair oil HAIR OIL - Strong hair and birch hydrosol HAIR MIST - birch.
HAIR OIL with extracts from traditional Central European and Ayurvedic herbs nourishes the hair, locks in moisture, and keeps hair shiny, voluminous, and healthy. The oil can help with split ends, stop frizz, and restore shine to dull, lifeless hair. The composition is dominated by luxurious oils and herbal macerate.
Three ways to use HAIR OIL - strong hair:
For classic use:
Dispense oil into your palm, apply it to your scalp, and gently massage. More important than the amount of oil is the massaging itself. Then, work the oil into the hair down to the ends. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes. Wash and style your hair as usual.
For intensive deep care:
Wrap oiled hair in a warm towel for 30 minutes or longer, or even overnight. Wash and style as usual.
Light leave-in oil treatment for healthy shine and calming unruly hair:
After washing your hair with shampoo, apply a few drops to your palms and rub the oil between them. Then, run your fingers through still damp hair along the entire length and massage the oil into the hair down to the ends to help treat split ends. Thoroughly comb your hair to evenly distribute the oil. Let your hair dry or blow-dry it.
HERBAL MIST - birch is the absolute pinnacle of a natural hair ritual. The herbal hydrosol in organic quality is obtained by distilling birch leaves in Bulgaria's Rose Valley. Birch is renowned for its positive effects on the scalp. If you want to soothe the scalp, combat dandruff, and thicken your beautiful mane, it is the best choice.
Usage of the hair hydrosol:
Wash your hair with shampoo, rinse thoroughly, and then massage a small amount of birch water directly into the scalp. We recommend repeating the hair thickening treatment every other day. For regular care to increase shine and volume, repeat once/twice a week. It can also be used on dry hair.
Why don't we make shampoo bars?
Finally, we will reveal why you will never find the very popular shampoo bars in our offer. As we mentioned at the beginning, our philosophy is to produce products from basic pure ingredients. Shampoo bar = harmful ingredients called SCI, SLS, or SCS, which are among the basic components of this product. These are derivatives of coconut or palm oil (which many people refuse in soaps, but often don’t even realize it's in shampoo bars), which are produced industrially. And not only that, they are surfactants that can beautifully cleanse the skin and hair for people with dry, sensitive, or eczema-prone skin, but they can also excessively dry the skin (personal experience).
There’s no reason to wait; together we will take a look at all the health risks that these troublemakers cheerfully cause.
SCI, or Sodium cocoyl isethionate, is most commonly found in facial cleansers, shampoos, and toothpaste for the much-loved lather. In small amounts, it poses very low risks, but in higher concentrations, it can cause skin and respiratory tract irritation. It has been linked to organ toxicity and contamination with harmful 1,4-dioxane during production.
Under SLS are hidden two components, namely Sodium lauryl sulfoacetate and Sodium lauryl sulfate (and watch out for the absolutely unsuitable Sodium laureth sulfate). While these surfactants meet the conditions for producing natural cosmetics and you will always find them among "green" or acceptable ingredients, it should again be mentioned that they are often made from palm oil. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate in larger amounts can cause significant skin irritation.
SCS (Sodium coco sulfate) used as a foaming agent and emulsifier in products is almost harmless in smaller amounts, but in larger amounts, it can again irritate the skin.
We simply do not like these guys, not only because of their health risks but also because of their production. Therefore, you will never find similar ingredients or products made from them at Almara Soap. They are not hiding in any corporate shoe, under the table, or in the broom closet. Their foaming ability did not win us over, and we found another magic... classic solid shampoos, or soap bars!
