If you immediately think of long fields of purple in Provence, you are right! The richly branched shrub with small purple flowers and narrow lance-shaped leaves with a sharp aromatic scent originates from the Mediterranean, but you can already find lavender fields here in South Moravia as well. Lavender is very popular due to its beautiful fragrance and wide range of healing effects, making its way into our gardens or balcony boxes. It mainly contains essential oils and tannins.
Blooming period: July, August.

Description
Tea Tree is a bushy tree that grows to a height of about 5 meters. It grows wild in the swamps and wetlands of Australia. The name "tea tree" is derived from its T-shaped appearance. The word "tea" is actually a misnomer, but it was originally used to make tea. Essential oil is extracted from its leaves through distillation, and it is most commonly used in aromatherapy, cosmetics, and is often a part of home first aid kits. Its scent is sharp, penetrating, and fresh.
