Shampoo made using the cold process method, just like our soaps with burdock extract, henna, aloe vera juice, pink clay, and 100% essential oils of orange and ylang-ylang for dry, colored, bleached, and otherwise stressed hair that needs softening, nourishment, and to regain its lost shine.

Burdock extract helps weak, fragile, and brittle hair. Aloe vera promotes shine and adequate hydration of the hair while preventing hair loss. Henna strengthens hair and protects it against external adverse effects. Orange and ylang-ylang give the soap a pleasant and beautiful fragrance while being gentle on dry skin.

In addition to the basic nourishing oils (olive, sunflower), it is further enriched with excellent castor, almond, and sesame oil.

Recommended for colored, bleached, curly hair that is naturally drier, as well as hair with increased brittleness and lifelessness. After washing with the shampoo, hair will be softer, shinier, and nourished.

After washing, we also recommend using our hair rinse - HAIR ELIXIR | DRY HAIR and combining the shampoo with our hair oil.

Aloe vera

Description

Aloe vera is a succulent plant native to Africa, which many of us successfully grow at home as a houseplant. Its leaves contain a gel rich in polysaccharides, enzymes, vitamins A, B, C, and E, minerals, trace elements, and amino acids. The gel also contains lignin, a substance that serves a hydrophobic function in plants and binds intercellular fibers. This organic compound ensures the penetration of active ingredients deep into the skin, thereby aiding in its rapid healing.

Leaf collection: throughout the year.

You ask

What are the benefits of our shampoo bars compared to regular shampoos?

Commercial shampoos contain harsh cleansing agents that strip hair of its natural oils, dry out the scalp, and create dull, lifeless hair. This forces you to rely on various hair treatments, conditioners, and other products to soften and repair your hair. However, the harsh chemicals in commercial products can accumulate in the scalp, clog hair follicles, lead to weakened hair, and cause dandruff as well as dry, itchy skin.

Almara Soap's natural hair care contains only natural plant oils, henna, clays, pure essential oils, and herbal infusions that are easily absorbed, moisturizing, and nourishing for both hair and scalp. Nothing artificial, nothing synthetic, just healthy natural ingredients.

How to use solid shampoo/hair soap?

Like classic soap. Wet your hair with water, take the bar in your hand, and create foam on your hair with circular motions. Spread the foam all over your head and hair, and let it sit for a while. Then rinse off.

Do these shampoos lather?

Yes, and very significantly. This is due to the carefully selected blend of plant oils that naturally lather. No foaming agents are needed.

Why use a solid shampoo instead of a liquid one in organic quality?

Our soaps are zero waste. If environmental protection is important to you, the reason to use soap is clear. Moreover, liquid products often contain many unnecessary ingredients that are only there to create lather, ensure proper interaction between components, and preserve the product. Plus, using a solid product is much more fun ?.

I've never used hair soap, I've only used regular liquid shampoo until now. What should I expect?

When switching from conventional commercial and organic shampoos, it is possible that your hair will need to get used to soap-based shampoo. This is due, firstly, to the higher pH that soaps naturally have, and also to the fact that soap is completely natural and does not contain the ingredients found in liquid shampoos. These include surfactants that smooth the hair fiber, which are also present in conditioners. Therefore, your hair may feel coarser and less smooth after using soap shampoo. It's just a matter of getting used to it. Soap shampoo is much more beneficial for your hair than commercial shampoos.

After washing, I have a strange feeling in my hair. The hair feels greasy and somewhat waxy.

This is a common issue that many people encounter when they start using soap shampoos. We have many customers who have no problem transitioning to shampoo at all, but some experience difficulties even after several weeks of use, especially those with long hair. Since this is a frequent topic, we dedicate a longer discussion to it here (pdf, 200kb).
