The facial oil is carefully blended from pure, effective ingredients and is suitable for both day and night use instead of a traditional cream.

All components are specifically formulated for dry and sensitive skin prone to irritation, providing gentle yet intensive care along with antioxidant effects. It contains cold-pressed oils that effectively nourish dry skin without clogging pores. In Glow, you will find soothing hemp oil, regenerating and antioxidant macadamia oil, as well as poppy oil that positively affects wrinkles and argan oil for beauty and velvety softness of the skin.

The oils are complemented by a unique ingredient, which is a herbal macerate in sunflower oil from marigold, clover, rose, and mallow and essences of orange, kananga, and lavender, which together support the mentioned positive effects of the oils on dry and delicate skin and give the oil a wonderful scent.

You no longer have to compromise between effective care and a completely natural product; this oil will leave your skin glowing with health.

Tip: Always apply the oil to damp skin, ideally after using our hydrolats. In this case, we recommend Herbal Mist - Rose, Herbal Mist - Lavender, or Herbal Mist - Lime. This method of application locks in moisture in the skin, providing the necessary hydration.

You ask

How to properly use facial oil?

The foundation is the right choice! The ingredients in our oils are carefully selected to suit specific skin types and provide the best possible care.

Principles of proper application:

  • Do not skip any steps in your skincare routine; first remove makeup, cleanse, tone with a hydrosol, and only then apply the oil.
  • The skin must be damp when applying the oil for it to work as intended.
  • If you are using other products (e.g., serums), always apply the oil last.
  • Wait about 10 minutes before applying makeup.

Tip: Facial oil is a great aid for facial massages. Even a short finger massage during each application counts!

How does facial oil actually work?
  • Locks in moisture in the skin and prevents dehydration. For this reason, it is essential to always apply the oil to damp skin.
  • Acts as a protective barrier.
  • Nourishes the skin and provides it with active ingredients.
What to imagine under the term "macerate"?

Maceration, or steeping, is a process through which active substances and fragrances contained in herbs (or other ingredients) are released directly into a carrier medium, which can be:

  • oil – a macerate is created, the steeping occurs cold in a closed container for a minimum of 3 weeks,
  • alcohol – a tincture is produced, most commonly used in herbal medicine,
  • water – an infusion is created, or in the case of heating, which accelerates the maceration process, it is a decoction.

These resulting products can be used either alone or as an additive. At Almara Soap, herbal macerates and decoctions are utilized in the preparation of some natural soaps and cosmetics. This process ensures that the final product contains the maximum amount of active ingredients, which transfer directly from the carefully selected herbs.
