Nourishing Foot Balm | Rosemary
Caring and nourishing foot balm
Caring and nourishing foot balm (formerly Light Walk) created for dry and cracked skin on the feet. Your feet will be soft, fragrant, and refreshed.
It contains organic shea butter, organic fair trade coconut oil, and beeswax, which provide deep nourishment for the skin. Additionally, it includes extracts of lavender, calendula, walnut, and sage - these herbs have amazing caring, relaxing, and anti-inflammatory properties and can help soothe irritated or reddened skin on the feet.
The refreshing essential oil of rosemary not only has a beautifully fresh scent, keeping your feet invigorated, but also helps to increase blood circulation and alleviate fatigue.
With regular use, your feet will be soft, smooth, and free of flakes, so you won’t have to hesitate to take them out of your socks. Of course, regular pedicure is also necessary.
We recommend applying the balm best after a bath on damp skin.

Shea butter is a fat obtained from the fruit (nuts) of the shea tree, and if not deodorized, it has a pleasant nutty aroma. It can be nearly white, yellow, or even light brown in color, and its consistency is influenced by the surrounding temperature (it melts at temperatures around 40 degrees Celsius). It contains saturated fatty acids – mainly stearic and oleic acids, vitamin E, triterpene alcohols, and plant sterols.

Beeswax is a natural product that we owe to the worker bees. The wax structure, composed of hexagonal cells, is used by bees for storing honey and pollen, for the development of bee larvae, or as thermal insulation. It contains up to 284 different components, with the most significant being monoesters and diesters of saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons, free fatty acids, and hydroxy polyesters. Beeswax has a yellow color, a solid structure, and melts at temperatures around 62-65 °C.

Description
This striking plant with yellow-orange flowers, elongated sticky leaves, and a beautiful fragrance can be found in many of our gardens. Wild-growing specimens are rarely encountered, usually found at the edges of fields as stray pieces from removed compost. The most effective ones in herbalism are considered to be those with the most orange flowers. Calendula contains essential oils, saponins, bitters, carotenoids, flavonoids, and volatile oils. Due to its fantastic effects, it is one of the most commonly used herbs in cosmetics.
Blooming period: July - September.

If you immediately think of long fields of purple in Provence, you are right! The richly branched shrub with small purple flowers and narrow lance-shaped leaves with a sharp aromatic scent originates from the Mediterranean, but you can already find lavender fields here in South Moravia as well. Lavender is very popular due to its beautiful fragrance and wide range of healing effects, making its way into our gardens or balcony boxes. It mainly contains essential oils and tannins.
Blooming period: July, August.
